    Dual moniters acting weird


    I didn't had this issue with my dual moniter set-up till about 3 days ago.


    The problem: When I have my main monitor on, my 2nd one don't receive feed, when my main moniter is off, the 2nd one starts to get feed. Windows don't "detect" the monitor, but on certain resolutions makes the screen extend and activates my 2nd monitor for some reason with the rest of the picture my graphics card software, amd radeon version 20.9.2 with the r390 series of graphics cards, see's the monitor, but when I try to detect on my windows it shows 1 moniter.

    Device manager also shows 2 moniters dispite detect only seeing one.

    When I'm not in the stretched out resolution my graphics card registers one monitor.

    This is weird, can only make a suggestion on how to fix?

    Computer is acting weird

    My windows 10 has been acting weird recently and it would randomly open up random apps when im not touching the computer. I have reset it many times it, tried to shut it down than turn it back on but nothing is working.its also virus protected but it still
    acts weird.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
