Windows 10: Dual monitor freezes on Windows screen

When I turn on my computer, the windows start to load on my second monitor, but then the monitor freezes and just my main monitor works.

I already checked my drivers, changed the config on the BIOS, but can't seem to make it work.



Btw, when I go to Settings -> System -> Display, I CAN see my monitor there, but can't change anything Can't make this my main monitor, change resolution, etc. and I also get the error: Display 1 isn't active.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
