Windows 10: Dual monitor setup app maximizing problem

when every i try to minimize and maximize games on my primary screen the windows of apps like team speak 3 and discord shift position on second screen. both the screens are running on 1080p the only difference is refresh rate and game is also on 1080p. even apps open on primary monitor show up half in secondary monitor. The graphics cars is gtx 1080 running on latest drivers

Double Monitor Setup is not connecting

Hi Yuri,

To setup dual monitors, I suggest you to press Windows + P keys
and select Extend or the required option and check for status. If you are still unable to setup dual monitor, suggest you to update the Display Adapter driver by following the steps provided below and check for status.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.

Dual Monitor Setup & Speakers

Windows 10 drag window always maximizes on dual-monitor setup

So everything was working correctly until suddenly WINDOWS DECIDED it needs to change how dragging windows works.

I have dual-monitor setup and every time I drag any window on any screen, it will maximize on that screen. Regardless of where I drag it (even in the center).

I have even tried snapping it left/right and it shows the size it's expected to fill, then it ignores everything and maximizes on the whole damn screen.

When I want to drag a Window on the main screen (identified as 1) the second screen (identified as 2) will show Green frame and number 1 in the center. If I move the window to the second screen, the frame will turn blue. Regardless of what I do with snapping,
it will ALWAYS MAXIMIZE THE DAMN WINDOW TO THE WHOLE DAMN SCREEN.

It's so frustrating I want to destroy something. ALL I WANTED WAS TO MOVE THE WINDOW AND MAKE SPACE TO SEE SOMETHING BEHIND.

Please don't tell me to "disable snapping" because that isn't the issue. Snapping works when I'm on single-monitor and dragging works just fine. The whole issue randomly started OUT OF NO WHERE. I had the dual-setup done already and didn't have issues before.
