    Dual monitors not turning on after sleep overnight?


    I'm using an LG and a Samsung TV as both of my monitors and after installing Nvidia drivers from the website and installing GeForce Experience for recording my monitors all of a sudden don't wanna turn on after a nights sleep. All I get on my TV and my main LG monitor are just two dimly lit black screens and I'm forced to shut down and boot back up. I'm using Ultimate Performance on my power options if that helps at all. I am also using a 1660 Super for my main monitor and a 960 for my other monitor.

    • Have you been experiencing this issue since you started using dual monitors?
    • Have you tried to test the second monitor on a different computer to verify if it shows the same behavior?
    • May we know how you've set up the Power Options?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    There are several factors which could prevent your dual monitors and your speakers from working properly. In order for us to effectively assist you with your concern, we just have a few questions for you:

    • Are you getting an error message/code when trying to run the dual monitors?
    • Have you tried running the hardware troubleshooter?
    • Have you tried running the System File Checker tool?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you already performed?
