  1. Dual Monitors will not work

Hello, I have an issue to where i have dual monitors yet only one can display at a time, i connect both to an HDMI, yet only one will be displaying something, there are three HDMI ports, an HDMI 1, HDMI 2, and another port that is not labeled HDMI yet you can only plug HDMI into, When i plug either monitor into either HDMI ports of 1 or 2, nothing shows, if it goes into the unlabeled one, it works, its weird because i can go into the settings and i can have both monitors on a computer and i can slide my mouse to the other monitor and put tabs into the other monitor, i just cannot see it, and and when I switch to that monitor via the mysterious output, I can see the stuff ive moved over, can i get some help?

    :)

  2. Windows 10 Update - Now my dual monitors do not work

    Hi,

One of the possible reasons why Windows 10 was unable to detect your dual monitor is an outdated or incompatible graphics driver. To best address your concern, we need you to answer the following questions:

    • Which Windows 10 build are you using?
    • Have you already tried performing the troubleshooting steps suggested by
Mauro Cavallin on June 16, 2017?
    • Are both of the monitors not working just like what the original poster was experiencing? If yes, have you tried disconnecting one of the monitors? What was the outcome?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

We will be waiting for your response.

    • Are you getting an error message/code when trying to run the dual monitors?
    • Have you tried running the hardware troubleshooter?
    • Have you tried running the System File Checker tool?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you already performed?

    Regards.

    Dual Monitors will not work

    Dual Monitor setup stopped working

    Hi Randall,

There are various reasons why you're encountering the issue. For us to better assist you on your concern, please provide the answers to the question below:

    • What is the OS Build of your Windows 10? To determine the build of your Windows 10, follow these steps:
      • Click the Windows logo (Start button).
      • Click the gear icon (Settings).
      • Select System.
      • On the left pane, choose About.
    • Are you using a laptop or a desktop?
    • How are your monitors connected to the computer? Are your monitors connected to the built-in slot of your motherboard or are they connected to the slot of your video card?
    • If you're using a desktop, what cables are using to connect your monitors to the computer?
    • What is happening when you're using a dual monitor set up? Is one of your monitors working? If so, have you checked if the other monitor will work when you use it by itself?

If possible, send a picture of the issue for us to further investigate your concern.
