Windows 10: Dual OS Windows 8 and 10

A few years ago I built a PC and installed Windows 8 onto it. About a year later I took advantage of the free upgrade to Windows 10 and am now running that as my OS.


I still have the original CD for windows 8 and was wondering if it is possible to reinstall windows 8 as a second OS? The reason why I want to do this is that I have a program (an old game) that worked fined on windows 8 but does not work on windows 10 even when run in compatibility mode.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

You mean dual boot? Do you have 7 and want to add 8 or visa versa? Either way it works. Nothing special about it just a few easy steps. Partition -> Windows installation -> reboot.

You can go to win + r -> msconfig -> ok -> and there choose boot tab and look what OS is there and also you can check in win + r -> diskmgmt.msc -> ok -> and look in partitions
