Windows 10: Dual screens (cant drag windows)

Discus and support Dual screens (cant drag windows) in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; I have had the same problem for several months after I added a second monitor.     To some users who are saying "it snaps no matter how fast I move it" - either your mouse is high DPI like this guy(mine was too) or your windows are arranged fine but one has a much lower resolution and its 'boundaries' are not aligned with the boundaries of the high-res monitor.

    With 'Windows Sets' coming, 'Snapping Quads' and a couple monitors, that opens a whole nuther world of possibilities! *Thumbs
