    Hello.


    My computer has been shutting off a lot recently bluescreen, so I went to event viewer to see what was going on a I got a message that said "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000001 0x00007ffcdf52c034, 0x0000000000000000, 0x000000000000ffff, 0xffff898f9f4edb80. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 73dd6125-ea92-41d9-922e-9db96e11e877."

    BSOD display. Used verifier. Got dump files ready to be checked.

    Thank you for providing us the dump files on your online storage. As of the moment we're still reading the dump files. For clarification, may we know the following:

    • Have you tried to boot the PC in safe mode?
    • Aside from changing RAM, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • Can you tell us the make and model of your PC?
