During a scam call I gave remote access to an "Apple representative" that told me my Apple account was hacked. How do I check my computer is clean from their hacking?

Also on the remote access he purchased an XBOX card of 100 USD. I redeemed it when I notice the scam. Can I get my money back from Microsoft?

    :)

  3. Receiving VOIPcalls and Apple INC. calls.

I've been getting these calls on my house phone that says it's from a VOIP caller with a phone number. I don't answer it as I have no idea what it is. Could someone please tell me what is a VOIP caller??? Also been getting calls from APPLE INC. stating
that I have a security issue with my apple account ( I don't have a apple account.) and I should speak to one of their tech people. I also don't answer that as I think it is a scam of some sort. I have my answering machine on 24/7 and I don't answer unless
I know who is calling. Is anyone else getting these calls?
