Windows 10: DVD Player

Hi I have tried lot of ideas off YouTube and tried Windows updates to get my DVD Player working on my Acer machine and restated the window reinstall

but still its not working I have bought an external DVD Player and it work out of the box . Any Help with this DVD Payer not working Matshita -RAM UJ8HC dvd player I also went the Mashita web site no

joy I could not find the Driver updates.

Burned DVD's Work in SOME players

In that case, it is possible the problem is with the blu ray player not supporting DVD+R disks.

Suggest you check to make sure: it's possible you can overcome this problem by simply burning DVD-R instead of DVD+R. Check your blu ray compatibility list first.
