DWM.exe and csrss.exe are consuming my GPU leading to fps drop

Hello everyone , i am facing this problem for 6 months however i tried every solution you can find at websites even i talked before to more than technical support through website and nothing helps me at all these two files while playing any game especially fortnite "dwm.exe" consume high gpu of intel gpu however i am playing fortnite on the nvidia gpu
i tried to uninstall vga drivers and install them even using DDU
i tried to install latest drivers of gpu depending on the latest on lenovo website not according to gpu websites
even i tried to download latest vga drivers nothing helps
then i tried to disable intel vga using device manager and it install by it self and the problem still exists
i tried as well fresh install with fully format to the hard disk as well as i tried chk desk , and check for system performance using control panel as well as i changed the resolution and i switched playing from windowed screen to full screen and the problem still persists my specs are

  3. Nvidia GPU Ex?

got this from [h]enthusiast...not very specific though

"The NVIDIA GPU Ex option enables a chipset specific options that controls automatic performance tuning between the chipset and specific NVIDIA graphics cards that support the GPU Ex feature."

and i found this interesting...when it works it looks like for the most part it is worth about half a fps
