    I am trying to play Kurtzpel on Steam, but this error keeps popping up.

    I have seen plenty of replies to this problem, saying I have to check which version I have DX 12 and to update the driver or use Windows Update, both of which say that they have the latest updates, and apparently Windows Update was supposed to give me version 11.3 and 12. I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing anymore.
