Windows 10: DXGI error on PC

I'm getting an error throughout everything I have done on my computer. I have uninstalled DirectX and installed it again several times but it is just unplayable to play my favorite game which is FiveM. I have no idea what caused this issue in which is why I am here for help. It's been frustrating for me since I looked up the error on the FiveM site but nothing can be found. Would like a lot of help from here as well hence it would involve DirectX graphics. This is the error that is being given -> Link . DXGI Bug related to two GPUs

I have a two GPU setup, a desktop computer with both an AMD and an Nvidia card installed. If I have the display port plugged into the Nvidia card and run the DX12 application on the AMD, or vice versa. I get this error:

ERROR: ID3D12CommandQueue::ExecuteCommandLists: Non-simultaneous-access Texture Resource (0x000002C0F862A400:'RTV_1') is still referenced by write|transition_barrier|assert_read GPU operations in-flight on another Command Queue (0x000002C0EDCDE330:'Direct command queue'). It is not safe to start read GPU operations now on this Command Queue (0x000002D2EF9E1DB0:'Internal DXGI CommandQueue'). This can result in race conditions and application instability.

I got an answer from one Microsoft DX12 programmer that this is a DXGI bug, but I cannot find any place to report the issue. Is this the correct place or do you have something similar to issues for DXC but for DX12/DXGI?

 

Windows 10 DXGI Hung Error

I keep getting errors and crashes due to DXGI failures and hangs. I have tried running the dxdg tool which is a total joke as it does nothing. I searched for a download of DirectX but I can't find one that supports windows 10.... What am I missing, or
what can I do?

 

Network PC Win10 1903 issue Error Code 0x80070035

i followed these steps, but no matter what, i couldnt stop network list services.

"windows could not stop the network list service on local computer. error 1061: the service cannot accept control messages at this time".

also, which pc am i meant to be running this fix on? both PC's reported error 1061.
