Windows 10: DXMD.exe Applicaiton Error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)....

Hello Guys,


I have installed one game & when I am trying to launch the game, the error pops up saying that DXMD.exe application error. Please help me to fix this issue.


I am trying to search forum & found one solution that to uninstall 'Intel Driver Update Utility' but not sure to follow this step in my case.

VendorAPIRun64.exe Application error "unable to start correctly(0xc0000142)

during the install of the free windows 10 upgrade on my daughter's windows 8.1 system. during one of the system restarts, the upgrade installs have quit and with a white screen, the only message that has apreared is "VendorAPIRun64.exe Application error"
"unable to start correctly(0xc0000142)"

she can not accomplish any activity, what should we do to resolve this issue

click ok to close the application.

this dialogue box pops up in windows 10 every times it boots up.

whats the permanent solution to this issue.

I'm having an issue with 0xc0000142 unable to start application correctly the app was running fine a few weeks ago but when I ran it today it pops up the 0xc0000142 error then I uninstall a few apps from control panel only to make the situation worse,
now I'm unable to run most setup.exe files even vcredist or dotnet. I tried doing sfc /scannow, uninstalled intel driver utility, clean boot, compatibility, autorun, reinstalling c++, uninstalling recently added apps like adobe flash,etc. I'm having McAfee
and CCleaner. Please help
