    Dymo LabelWriter won't work with Windows 10

    Since I downloaded Windows 10 my Dymo Labelwriter 400 no longer works. Yes, I have been online and downloaded the latest drivers (DYMO Label v.8) but when I double click on the icon it simply won't work.

    Help!

    Dymo 400 Labelwriter - how do I get this to work with my recently installed Windows 10?

    Dymo LabelWriter won't work with Windows 10

    I installed my even older LabelWriter 330 Turbo on Windows 10:

    • Download the latest Dymo software package (currently 8.5.3)
    • Right click on the downloaded file, and set it to run in compatibility mode with
      Windows Vista.
    • To install the software, right click on it and Run as Administrator
    • Skip the Dymo Web service or whatever it's called
    • I opted not to install the QuickBooks add-in
    • Let the install finish completely before you plug in the printer
    • Plug in the printer
    • Turn it on
    • Right click on the Dymo icon on the desktop, and set it to also run in compatibility mode with Windows Vista and as an Administrator
