Windows 10: EA said to make a post

Discus and support EA said to make a post in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; Evening guys! Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this, I'm pretty confused on whats going on at the current moment. So whats my problem?...     Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this, I'm pretty confused on whats going on at the current moment.


    So whats my problem? Whenever I load Apex Legends, my entire PC crashes, [COLOR=rgba51, 51, 51, 1]Windows View reliability history doesn't show any information for the crash. [/COLOR]


    [COLOR=rgba51, 51, 51, 1]I am very very dumb when it comes to sorting out Windows errors, I know of things such as Event Viewer, but the context that is in within them, I just don't understand. So I'll upload my Event Viewer here.[/COLOR]

    [COLOR=rgba51, 51, 51, 1]Good Question! I was told that it was Windows that was causing the error and there wasn't really anything I could do. To which I don't understand, as I've factory reset my PC 4 times now. But anyhow, here I am. [/COLOR]

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
