Windows 10: Easy Password Pro not Syncing with One Drive

Hi,

For the past few days, the Easy Password Pro app has not been working properly. When you add a new user name and password to store on this app, it does not sync with One Drive for storage online. The following message occurs:


I have tried resetting the app as well as uninstalling the app (which now deleted all previously stored passwords). I even tried resetting Windows but the problem still exists. I contacted the developer of this app via Facebook and received the following response:


The problem is that Microsoft has

changed the framework to sync and
deleted the old. I'm sorry.

I posted in the feedback hub but, to date, have not received a response. Will someone review this problem at Microsoft? The app is used to store user id and passwords and losing its capabilities is a serious problem.

Sync Password on Lumia Device

Let me assist you.

I suggest you to log-in to the system using the same Microsoft account and try the below steps.

• 
  Go to settings and click on Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Sync your settings on the left pane, turn on all the sync option and verify your account.
