Windows 10: EasyMail Account

I installed EasyMail to handle my work and personal emails.Every now and again the emails start to get overridden by my work account, and when it happens I've always had to log out from them and set up manually again. I've sent a request for support to EasyMail with no reply, and now my accounts have overridden.How do I prevent this from happening again? Easymail for Gmail

I literally hate this app and am not sure hot it overtook my gmail account because I did not personally download it from the play store. I want to uninstall it but if I figure out how to uninstall it will I loose all of my past emails and those currently
coming through google mail, or will I need to download something else to get google mail? I am a senior citizen and can't figure this out, but I do know I did not go to the play store to get this app.

I never had a problem with my email account until it was taken over by Easymail. Also, when I send emails now, the sending page will say "sent by Easymail," but I can never find a copy of the email that I sent in the "Sent Items" nor "All Mail" files. Can
anyone tell me where to find copies of the emails that are sent via Easymail? When I click on "Sent Items" and "All Mail" they only show to whom the email was sent, but not the contents of the message. Please advise.

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

How do I uninstall easymail for gmail?

I would like to uninstall an app (seemed like a good idea at the time...) called EasyMail for Gmail. I can't find it listed in my installed programs, although it does show up in the registry.
