Windows 10: Edge always says "Can't reach this page" and won't work

Discus and support Edge always says "Can't reach this page" and won't work in Browsers and Email to solve the problem; Bingo! Re-install worked. Now Edge works fine.     Bingo! Re-install worked. Now Edge works fine.

    Edge system seems to have been corrupted. So re-install replaced the "correct" Edge system, and it worked!

    Thank you for your helps and suggestions! It will help me in the future!

    Now I wonder in order to upgrade insider preview, I should make iso and upgrade with iso instead of Windows Upgrade.....it looks unreliable.
