Windows 10: Edge Browser will not rename folder

I have posted about this problem before. So here goes again. I am in 1903 version, but it does not make a difference what version I am in, the edge browser cannot rename a folder and add a web site to that folder when I am in the "add favorites or reading list" This can't be... I must be doing something wrong. Every other browser allows you to save a web site directly into a folder. Why can't I rename the folder and save the web site directly into that folder. Please scroll down to see the rest of the image below.

Windows Edge - Renaming folders in Favourites

I understand that you need to rename the favorites in Microsoft EDGE Browser.

Follow the below steps and check if it helps.

1. Open EDGE browser and click on
Hub (3 Horizontal lines symbol) on the top right corner.

2. Under Favorites, right click on Favorites bar and
create new folder.

3. Rename the folder and hit ENTER.

4. Add the URL’s to the favorite’s folder which you have created.



This will store the favorites in one folder and you don’t have to rename it manually.

I am not able to open favorites folder or sub folders under it in EDGE browser

Kindly follow the below steps to navigate the Microsoft EDGE browser’s favorites folder location.

• 
  Open Windows File Explorer and navigate to the following path: (Press
  Windows + E keys on the keyboard to open File Explorer)
  
  C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\MicrosoftEdge\User\Default
  
  Note: username represent the user account name which you have currently signed in to the Windows 10.
  
• 
  Here you will be able to locate the EDGE browser’s Favorites folder location.
  
• 
  Check whether you are able to locate the favorites which you have created in EDGE browser.
  

Note: To back up your favorites in Edge browser, simply copy-paste this Favorites folder to a safe location. To restore favorites, copy and paste your Favorites folder back in the location suggested under
the step 1.
