    Edge Chromium - Beta Next to Stable?


    I wasn't sure if this was the correct sub-reddit for this so apologies!!

    Is anyone else seeing the Beta icon remaining on the desktop even though they've installed the stable version of Edge Chromium? If so, did you figure out how to get rid of it? Is it considered a separate installation from stable (side-by-side)?

    How do I get notifications from the chromium version of Microsoft Edge (Microsoft Edge Beta)?

    I wanna get YouTube notifications from the chromium version of Microsoft Edge (Microsoft Edge Beta) but the app doesn't show on the "Get notifications from these senders" list. Does anyone know a way to get notifications from Microsoft Edge Beta?

    Is it true that syncing between Edge Insider Beta (Chromium) and Android Edge STILL doesn't work???

    Hello,

    Yesterday I installed Edge Chromium Beta on my Windows 10 laptop through Windows Insiders, after having read that at least favorites should sync, whereas some other sync options are still in the works. So I also installed Edge Android app on my phone, set
    up the correct sync settings (sync with the Beta Chromium Edge, not the "old" Edge), and waited, waited. Rebooted both PC and Android phone, but nothing syncs. Is it possible that for some older accounts (mine is still a Hotmail account) Favorites still don't
    sync? When is sync expected to be working? Without history and favorites sync Edge is of limited use to me.
