Discus and support Edge Favorites Bar Order in Browsers and Email to solve the problem; You have to stay on the Favorites bar when you drag it. If you get high or low you will get the Stop sign.     Thanks, Jim, But I tried that to no avail. Once I get past my "User CP - Windows" link the circle appears.
