    Xbox Elite controller is not recognized in Xbox accessories app.

    Thank you for your response. We need to gather more information about the issue by answering the following questions below:

    1. Have you check if your Device Manager cant detect the
    Xbox Elite controller?

    2. Have you tried the using your Xbox Elite controller to a different device?
