    My 13 year old HP lap top was upgraded by a friend that owns a business. He had his tech install some newer stuff. He charged $500. Put in a new processor and made it 64 . and also put in windos10 pro. Its a lot faster and nice but a window pops up asking me to put in my product code as it is due to run out, the work was done 6-8 months ago. He said he would have his tech call me and remotely install the key#s. he never called. Id just as soon buy a new one myself and get shed of them. apparently I have an illegal version. Do I uninstall the old version of windows10 pro before placing the new

    Why has *** Email address is removed for privacy *** appeared at the top of my email address list?

    This has taken over from my other email address and I may have sent emails to engage windows instead of my personal email address, because engage windows has suddenly appeared at the top of my address list.

    Why has this list changed anyway?
