Windows 10: Email contacts missing

    I have downloaded Windows 10 and synced my Gmail and Cox email accounts but none of the contacts have shown up.

    Requirements for Contacts showing in Message Lookup

    I believe the only requirement is that the contact has an email address. Do the missing contacts have email addresses?

    This fixes the email sync, but contacts and calendar is still not available - or did I miss a step?

    Email contacts missing

    You may need to go into the People app and make sure the same accounts are synced in order to get the contacts.

    Double check this setting ....................

    Start > Settings > Privacy > left side, click Contacts > right side, is Mail & Calendar set at On position ?

    1. If you open Mail app and click the + sign for New mail > type first couple of letters of a contact name > will a list of suggested names appear ?

    2. Go to All apps > scroll to P > click People. Is the contact list there ?
