Windows 10: email content disappeared in mail and calndar app

hi


the email and calendar content disappeared suddenly . when I open mail and calendar app in windows 10 , I can see my email accounts added but cant send receive emails and cant see older emails in any of the email accounts

Add and remove an account on Mail App:

I would suggest you to remove the email account and add this account again in Mail app.

Try these steps below, to delete the email account
on the Mail app.

• Type Mail App in the search bar on the desktop and click on
  Add account in the Mail app Window.
• Check for the email account
  on Choose an account Window, then Tap or click on
  the email account you want to remove.
• At the bottom, tap or click Remove account or
  Remove all accounts, thus
  remove the email account.

Try these steps below, to reconfigure
the email accounton Mail app

• Type Mail App in the search bar on the desktop and click on
  Add account in the Mail app Window.
• Check for the email account
  on Choose an account Window. If it is not available, go to
  Other account.
• Add your email account,
  Email address and Password in the
  Other account Window and check, if it works.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

no content in email

Hi,

It is possible that Windows 10 Mail is encountering some issues in it, displaying blank email content. To troubleshoot this, we recommend resetting Windows 10 Mail. To do so, kindly follow these steps:

• 
  Go to Start
  
  , and select Settings > Apps > Mail and Calendar.
  
• 
  Select Advanced options > Reset.
  
  Note: Upon resetting the Mail app, email account will be removed in it.
