    Hello:

    I am working on Windows 10 and have a personal subscription to Outlook 365. I have reached out to ATT tech but my issue is still unresolved.

    I have 3 email accounts that are synced when I get into my email accounts on Outlook. One is a gmail, one live, and finally one is a Spectrum ( roadrunner).

    My issue is that there appears to be "1-5" emails that are stuck in Send. They do not appear in my Outbox so that I am not able to use the method of moving the files to Draft and then deleting them; because I can not see them in Outbox to allow me to do so.

    I am not sure that these issue is causing a more serious issue and that is that my Outlook email file is indicating a "not responding" error message when I am simply using the program and I am attempting to send an email or print or whatever. I am supposing that the "task manager" goes thru some sort of protocol and sees the messages that needs to be sent, attempts that first, fails, and then allows my requested task. Aside from being annoying, it is causing delays in the use of the program and gross inefficiencies.

    Tech Support is stating that it appears to be a problem specific to my roadrunner email I have contact Roadrunner/Spectrum and I am awaiting escalated assistance. I am not sure if that will take place so I thought I would contact you.


    My research tells me that most of the solutions involves moving the emails back to draft and then deleting them. Again, the issue is that I can not see them in OUTBOX to be able to accomplish that.


    Any ideas?

    Every time I either reply, forward or send an email, it gets stuck in the Outbox and I cannot send it.

    • Are you using Mail app or Outlook client?
    I suggest you to go to Outbox in your email account and check do you have any email in outbox. If you have any email then I suggest you to delete the email and check if it helps.
