    Outlook email stopped synchronising

    My Office Outlook email stopped synchronising on 11 October 2016. Send/receive keeps "synchronising subscribed folders" for ever, with no result. Seems to be Windows 10 problem , as my laptop (Windows 7) and phone are OK. Have tried some solutions in the
    community for IMAP inboxes but no luck.

    Any suggestions short of reloading the account? I have several years of emails saved and don't want to start reloading all the pst files again.

    Problem with synchronising calendar with Outlook on laptop

    I'm afraid my problem has not been resolved.

    My

    The calendar on www.calendar.live.com does show any entries made on my phone and synchronises immediately.

    Entries to my calendar made in Outlook on my PC, show on my phone calendar, but not on the www.calendar.live.com website.

    Entries made on my phone don't show in Outlook on my PC.

    On my phone, I have four email accounts:

    • Microsoft account
    • Yahoo! Mail (with same email address as above)
    • Live
    • Outlook.com (both Live and Outlook.com have same email address).

    As I said, emails and contacts seem to be working fine and both synchronise. It's just calendar entries.

    Any more suggestions, please?

    Email synchronisation

    Mail stopped synchronising, can't open emails and account settings won't open

    Hi,

    A couple of days ago, email on my HD7 stopped synchronising. I have 2 different Exchange accounts, both configured for push email.

    Symptoms are:

    • Email won't sync, either automatically or manually
    • Opening an email returns me straight to folder view
    • Opening account settings returns me to the account list
    • Can't open context menu on accounts page
    • Can't open synchronisation settings for either account
    I've tried:

    • Restarting the phone
    • Removing the battery for a few minutes
    Couple of questions:

    • Is this a known bug? If not and MS read this is there anything I can do to provide logs etc?
    • Apart from a hard reset, is there any way to recover from this?
    Thanks in advance for any assistance!
