Windows 10: email

I am an aging low tech/no tech guy who just replaced two older machines with a Windows 10 Dell laptop. After much struggle all is almost well. I can send and receive email, using my Verizon.net account, in Outlook. However, I keep getting messages that I need to update my Windows 10 email account. I have tried every possible combination of user name and password that I can think of. I am tired of getting the message that there is a problem, without any coaching about what or where the problem is.

I've tried to call MS in hopes of speaking to someone, but, at least today, that seems to be impossible.

I'd be grateful if somebody can point me in the right direction.

My system is Windows 10, my browser is Google Chrome and my email is Windows live. When I open a hyperlink I get a blank/black page listed as "Untitled". Any suggestions?

Hello Allan,

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.
