Windows 10: Emils ot arriving

I cannot receive emails on *** Email address is removed for privacy *** except on the Virgin Media site.

Tried this, no luck. I have to find the file or folder that is causing the problem. Task bar is also not complete.

Incorrect permissions on Windows Search directories

Hi Emil,

It seems that some system files are corrupted. We suggest performing SFC scan to repair corrupted system files. Just follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click Command Prompt(Admin).
• On the Command Prompt, type sfc/scannow and press Enter.

We installed windows 10 a week ago. My wife's computer has two user profiles and 4 days ago her personal profile (administrator type) stopped working properly. Start menu won't open, also other things like notifications, network. It looks like it is trying
to refresh the desktop every few seconds. I tried creating a new user account by copying all f her old user files (without ntuser.dat and ntuser.ini) to the new user account. Windows went through at least two hours of setting up apps and finally kept showing
flashes of an incomplete taskbar.

rebooting computer has not helped. Her other original account works fine.

I think it's stuck in loading the desktop and the problem is in one of the files I copied from the old account.

How do I find this file?
