  1. enable group policy on Windows 10 Home Edition

I was wondering if there is any way for me to enable the edit group policy application (gpedit.msc) on Windows 10 Home edition.

    I found an article [https://pureinfotech.com/add-group-policy-editor-gpeditmsc-windows-10-home/
] that claims it is possible to enable it by downloading an installer that will add the necessary files.

Now I would much rather see if there is a legit way to do this or if the only way possible is with the download provided in the article.

    Thank you

    :)

    GROUP POLICIES IN WINDOWS 10

You can change Group Policies by opening Group Policy Editor first. You can open it by following these steps:

    • Log in an administrator account. If you are already logged in as an administrator, proceed to step 2.
    • Press Windows + R to open Run.
    • Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.

After opening Group Policy Editor, you can now make the necessary changes that you want.

Should you have more concerns, feel free to post.

    Regards.
