Do someone know if it is posible to enable system restore with registry key in windows 10 ??

You can perform system restore and check if it helps:

Perform System restore.

I suggest you to perform system restore and select a date prior to the changes which was done with the registry values and check if the issue gets fixed.

To perform System restore:

• Press Windows key + X, select
  System.
• In the left pane, click on System Protection.
• Select the option to system restore
  > next. It will show all restore points already created.
• Select the date prior to the date on which you have made the registry changes.

enable system restore via registry

Hello all,

I am wondering how to enable system restore via the registry in Win 10.

I have a vbs script that runs every Mon, Wed, & Fri and creates a restore point on my SP3. But a couple of times now it creates an error because system restore has been disabled some how. I have the feeling it's happening during M$ updates, it's been after
an update has been installed I got the errors.

So I want to add a section to the top of my script to check to see if system restore is enabled via the registry & if not enable it before it tries creating the restore point.

I figured it out, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\SystemRestore\RPSessionInterval

value = 0 system restore is disabled, if 1 then it's enabled.
