Windows 10: Encrypt My All Files

Hi All
i encrypt some files (Properties ->General ->advanced ) but from that time any file i created it , it become encrypt defalutly , how fix it?

sites. When finding decryption tools, they seldom back up encrypted data and perform a test on a few sample files before using them while others will try every tool they come across.
