Windows 10: Endless loading Windows 10

Hi guy. I have got Windows 10 Pro. I wanted to play Batman on Steam. I reloaded my PC to clean RAM. But now it turns on INFINITY. I did a lot, but nothing helps. I turned off, turned on and I did it a lot of times. Safe mode doesn't help. I tried to on PC helpful BIOS, but it doesn't help too. I watch a lot of videos on YouTube and they don't help.

• Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
