Windows 10: Enlarging at will

I got a brand new laptop. I have been using it and sometimes as I'm moving the cursor, it enlarges the document or gmail, or whatever I'm in, and I can't even access some of the buttons I need. I can't see how to decrease the size when that happens.

The option for enlarging fonts, apps, and other items is located in the Display settings. To enlarge fonts, apps, and other items in
Windows 10, kindly follow these steps:

• Right-click on any blank space on your desktop.
• Open Display settings.
• Under Change the size of text, apps, and other items on the Display tab, select your preferred size percentage.

Here you go:

1. Open the picture.
2. Use zoom to enlarge the picture.
3. Use snippingtool.exe to capture the picture.
4. While still in snippingtoool, use File / Print to print the picture.

 

How to enlarge Menu icons, namely file, edit, view, favorites, tools, & help and how to enlarge favorites in IE 11

I do not wish to enlarge anything else on my computer except for the menu bar on Internet Explorer 11 and the list of my favorites. How can I enlarge these items without affecting the enlargement of everything else.
