Windows 10: Enrolling in the Insider Program

I now have a spare PC that I would like to use to use for the insiders program as they recommend not using your day to day personal PC for this. Do I have to get an additional license for that PC as it currently does not have one? It would not be used for anything other than for testing.

Windows Insider Program: enrollment doesn't let me finish

When I try to enroll my Windows 10 for the Windows Insider Program I

• navigate to Settings > Update and security > Windows Insider Program
  
• click 'Get Started'
  
• choose the account I want to connect with
  
• choose the branch I want content from
  
• review the privacy statement and program terms
  
• click Restart Now
  

Here is the Problem:
after the restart I have to do the steps from above all over again.

So I am stuck in this very annoying loop. Can anyone get me out of that?

specs: Windows 10 Pro, Version 1709, OS Build 16299.192 (most recent)

 

Windows Mobil Insider un-enroll

Hi ... I'm hoping I can get some advice.

I un-enrolled in the Windows Mobile Insider program a few minutes later, once I realized my phone wasn't supported (Blu HD LTE), but was updated the next day, anyway.

This resulted in unstable performance and finally a bricked phone.

Any suggestions about how to power on my phone so I can reset it?
