Windows 10: Enter credential?

I just got a screen of a cmd saying "enter credentials for asus or hit esc to switch users /sign-in methods i never put password in this laptop and i typed everything until a reseting pwd poped up here Enter password: "And I tried resseting password hereA help will make me happy and appreciate it Thanks ^_^

  Press the "Windows + S" keys on your keyboard and type in "Web Credentials", press "Enter" to get a pop-up screen "Manage your credentials".

  Below the "Web Credentials" button, you should see "Web Passwords", expand the section to see your username and password.

Hi Keith,

We suggest that you disable Credential Manager before mapping your Drives. Please follow these steps to disable Credential Manager:

• In the search box type “Services”
• Right click on “Services” and select “Run as Administrator”
• In the Services Window, look for Credential Manager Service and click “Stop”.
• Restart the computer and go back the Credential Manager Service and set it to “Automatic”.
• Restart the computer again.
