    Epson All-In-One Printer WF-4740 Drivers Will Not Install


    I have a new Epson All-In-One Printer WF-4740. My PC computer have a windows 10 64 bit operating system and I cannot install the printer drivers from Epson website. During the setup my computer confirm it sees the printer and at this point the computer will not install the drivers. Also, prior to trying to do this I turn off my third party internet security software and I still cannot install the drivers. Also, the printer firmware is up to date. Will someone please give me a solution to rectify this problem? Many thanks.

    Epson printer WF 2650

    With windows 10 my Epson WF 2650 will print just fine so long as it is directly connected to a usb port

    but when it comes to a wireless command to print, it either does not print or it takes forever.

    As far as I know the drivers for the printer are newly installed. Any suggestions?

    epson printer driver not installing

    My Epson R300 was detected automatically by W7, didn't need to install any extra drivers, W7 had them already (although that may be because its an old printer, depends how new yours is). I'd try removing the epson software, plugging in the printer and uninstall through Device Manager (selecting remove software). Reboot and see if its useable then.
