    Windows 10 Printer Unavailable - Epson Artisan 835

    I am also experiencing a problem with Windows 10 and trying to use my Epson Print CD. Now it will not recognize my Epson Artisan 835 Printer and I cannot use this feature. Worked fine on Windows 8, 7 and other previous versions. Tried unistalling then
    reinstalling (3 times) didn't solve the problem. Tried recommendations as listed above, that didn't work either. You have a problem with this software and need to correct it. I need this to work for my business, I design the cd/dvd labels for my photographs
    of my customers.

    How do I get my Epson Artisan 835 all in one printer to see the scanner in Windows 10?

    I have a new PC using Windows 10 and an Epson Artisan 835 all in one printer. While the printer is recognized and works fine, it does not see the scanning function and nothing I have tried works. Please help with accurate instructions. Thanks.
