    Epson ET-4760 prints intermittently in MS Word in Windows 10


    Sometimes when I send a MS Word print job to the Epson RT-4760, everything works fine, and I get my job printed. I am using Windows 10 from the Office 365 suite.Other times, the printer will not print. I get error messages such as "problem with the printer setup" or "printer ready" and no printing gets done. Troubleshooter cannot find the problem. However, I can print from my screen immediately after the Word document refuses to print. What's going on? How can I get my Word documents to print consistently?

    Issues with Printing using Windows 10

    1. Windows 10 Home, Version 1909, OS Build 18363.657

    2. Brother HL-L2360DW, Epson ET-4760

    3. Word: Word can't print due to a problem with the printer setup.

    Adobe: The document could not be printed. An error occurred while printing the document.

    I also believe that somewhere during the hours spent troubleshooting, Code 45 appeared.

    I will follow all of the steps that you outlined later today and report on the outcome.

    Epson print cd

    Normally yes, but PrintCD is an application for Epson printers to print on CD/DVD. It's not available on Epson's site.
