    Epson Stylus SX215 Printer.


    My Epson Stylus SX215 printer has suddenly stopped printing black and despite cleaning nozzles several times only the other colour patterns print but no black. Black cartridge is low but as there is ink still in it I can't change cartridge. I've tried clicking on remove cartridge before ink has expired but nothing happens! How can I get the ink cartridge out?

    Hi i also have the same problems on my netbook and laptop from updating from windows 7 to windows 10.

    I have an epson Stylus SX215 printer and can not access the device printing preferences to see what the ink levels are, nozzle check etc.

    The netbook i currently use is HP Pavillion
