Windows 10: Erased windows 10 D: drive

Hi. I was following free up disk space in order to download windows 10 v 1903. Well somehow in the command prompt i managed to erase everything in my drive! Now i dont think windows installed properly and my computer froze and then went to a blank screen. i tryed to download windows from earlier restore date but i dont have anything backed-up until todays date. i dont know if i backed up my files in the D: drive i erased or why nothing is backed up from that drive. I have files from onedrive, icloud, google photos ect. Still. So can i recover my software from D: drive or what are the best steps to save current files and completely install newest windows 10? Is this something i can do myself?

• Type Command prompt in the search bar.
• Type-in the following command:
  
  attrib -h -r -s /s /d D:\*.*
• Press Enter to execute the command.

If you think that there is nothing important stored in it, then we suggest that you reformat your D drive so that you can use the free space for important files.

You can follow the steps below to start with the process:

• Click on the File Explorer.
• Select This PC.
• Right-click on your D drive, then click on Format.
• Follow the on-screen process to finish formatting the partition.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 Reset: Does Remove Everything erase D: too?

This Asus support page has a step-by-step walk-through of the process. Apparently, there's a screen where it asks if you want to erase just your main drive or all drives. As an extra precaution, I recommend unplugging your D drive(if possible).
