    ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR in any browser


    I tried to flush the DNS servers, reset the TCP/IP, clear the SSL State, the antivirus is the windows defender. I changed the IE settings and change the DNS Servers of my connection. Sometimes the websites run well, sometimes they show this error and I need to refresh the page to work. Chrome, Edge or Internet Explorer, same error. What I can do?

    That didnt work either,

    The browsers keep on showing:

    this site can't provide a secure connection err_ssl_protocol_error.

    Hi, I recently installed windows 10 and i am having trouble connecting to the internet on all browsers, My internet is working for spotify and skype and programs however when i want to browse the internet it simply comes up
