Windows 10: Erreur systématique d'impression recto verso

Bonjour, Je vous écrit car je rencontre un problème qui commence vraiment à m'handicaper...Je ne parviens pas à imprimer correctement des documents en recto verso correctement depuis mon nouvel ordinateur MSI SWORD 16. En effet, le verso s'imprime systématiquement à l'envers, peu importe le type de document PowerPoint, Word et PDF et l'option d'impression sélectionnée. J'ai tout essayé rientation portrait + retourner sur les bord longsorientation portrait + retourner sur les bord courtsorientation paysage + retourner sur les bord longsorientation paysage + retourner sur les bord courts.

Based on the screenshots you’ve provided, the Mail app has a
Duplex printing (Impression recto verso) setting that affects the outcome of the page you’re trying to print.







We suggest that you disable the two-sided print feature and check if the issue persists.

D drive

• Type Command prompt in the search bar.
• Type-in the following command:
  
  attrib -h -r -s /s /d D:\*.*
• Press Enter to execute the command.

If you think that there is nothing important stored in it, then we suggest that you reformat your D drive so that you can use the free space for important files.

You can follow the steps below to start with the process:

• Click on the File Explorer.
• Select This PC.
• Right-click on your D drive, then click on Format.
• Follow the on-screen process to finish formatting the partition.
