Why my defender update showing error..?? Error code 0x80070422 .

I went in webpage: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/36378.troubleshoot-windows-defender-update-issues-in-windows-10.aspx, where it directed me to: Download and run the Windows Update Troubleshooter.

I downloaded the the Windows Update Troubleshooter but my problem persists.
