Windows 10: Error 0001 0002 while trying to install Canon TR4520 printer

Hi,


Would anyone know what the problem would be with my computer / printer.


Everything was working fine, and then I couldn't print from my computer anymore. Tried to reinstall my printer but getting the following message : 'An error occurred while files were being copied 0001 0002'


Can someone help please.

Printer drivewr error 0001 0002

I get error message 0001 0002 when trying to install drivers for a Canon Pixma MX922 printer. Canon reps have tried to find a solution - -
to no avail. (It appears to be a Windows error message rather than one generated by the Canon setup program.)

The error message appears when a) downloading the drivers from its website



The exact moment it occurs during the driver installation process is when the setup program is "Registering the program information."

Can't install the CD-ROM for my Canon Pixma MG2400 printer/scanner because an error message comes up during MP drivers installation. Error 0001 0002 - An error occurred while files were being copied. I have Windows 10 OS. Can someone help me to fix it?

Thank you for your suggestion. I tried it but the old "an error occurred while files were being copied :0001 0002" came back again.

I can upload from the CD-ROM and the printer function is working on the MG4250 but the MP drivers wont install for the scanning function. From the Canon web site, I can download the necessary drivers for the scan function but again drivers from the web site
wont install with the 0001 0002 message coming up again.

Does anyone know what the error 0001 0002 actually means?

I think there is some kind of conflict going on what I haven't a clue!
