Windows 10: error 0x0000008

I get error 0x000008 occurred at location 0x00007FFB0204441C using windows 11 on a Dell laptop XPS 15.I also use Acronis to copy my hard drive on an external drive.The laptop becomes black and after a short time goes back to normal.Any help welcome,Thank you,Daniel

Did you notice any changes on the computer prior to this issue?

Are you able to access the websites other than Facebook?

You may get the Aw Snap error message, if Chrome detects a problem with the browser extensions or antivirus software. If the message keeps appearing, the web browser may be corrupted.

We can try the steps mentioned in the link below and see if it works.

The error 0x0000008 seems to be caused by Google chrome. Suggest you to upload the dump file, so that we can further analyze it before we suggest any troubleshooting steps.

Chrome.Exe Application error: 0x0000008

Running Windows 10 home edition, free upgrade from Windows 7. HPG5105 CPU

While using MSN.uk facebook and mail I received an error message

Chrome.Exe Application error. The exception unknown software exception (0x0000008) Occurred in the Application at location 0x00007FFECCF25299.

Error message came after the AwSnap message appeared, while Facebook open, a few times.

The Aw Snap message has since, kept appearing, while in Facebook, this time web pages closed down.

Can some one offer any assistance please, as this has happened before.

UnattendedJoin error: failed to find the domain data (0x6e)

Thanks for the suggestion! I don't want to add a domain account, as this is a generic unattended install that will be used for all company machines. Do you think it's possible that the computer would join the domain if, instead of using UnattendedJoin in specialize, I used your steps but left out the specific account?

The other thing I was thinking was to use a generic account to allow the domain join during the specialize step. I added a machine password in the UnattendedJoin component, and instead of getting the error listed above, I got an authentication error, which makes me think I could probably do a secure join instead of the unsecure join.
