    Error 0x80004002 when I try to update


    Hi All,


    I have:

    Edition Windows 10 Home

    Version 20H2

    Installed on ‎19/‎08/‎2020

    OS build 19042.746

    Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0


    When I try to update or to update things from the store I get 0x80004002 error. I tried many things.

    Hi Ross,

    For us to know the cause of this Windows DVD playback error, kindly answer the following questions:

    • How long has this been going on?
    • Is this error: 0x80004002 appearing when you're trying to play any DVD?
    • Were there any changes made to your computer prior to this happening?

    Error 0x80004002 on Windows update

    Recently this one update has constantly failed to be downloaded. I get the error code 0x80004002 whenever I click retry in settings. The full error message is "2018-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4467702) - Error
    0x80004002" I have tried restarting.
