Windows 10: error 0x80070002

I am trying to download forza horizon 4 but when I try to install it, it gives me the error 0x80070002. How do I fix this?

Windows Defender (SCEP 2012) when clicked on Update defenitions throws 0x80070002 error

Error Code 0x80070002 Refers To Windows 7
