Windows 10: Error 0x80070002

keep receiving error 0x80070002 for 2018-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64 based systems (kb4462919)

Has anyone else got this and successfully fixed the error. Have run sfc utility which found nothing and trouble shooter which simply tells me there are updates waiting. Im at a loss, thanks

Windows Defender (SCEP 2012) when clicked on Update defenitions throws 0x80070002 error

Error Code 0x80070002 Refers To Windows 7
